These days, burnout can come from high case loads and difficult clients. But it can also come from dealing with misogyny, ableism, ageism, homophobia, transphobia, classism and many more of those isms and phobias.

My goal for this blog is to help y’all transition from unhealthy and negative stress reliefs to more positive ones, or to simply introduce you to various forms of self care.
